CMS has always been in the forefront of bridging the gap between its alumni and the companies which are interested in filling up positions with candidates with few years of relevant experience. We offer theses services to the visiting companies and our alumni as a gesture of goodwill and mutual understanding. Our alumni in first few years of their career have intense desire to move on to next job with an objective of better job prospects and salary packages. It is natural that young managers need to change jobs in order to be in the bandwagon of extremely fast growing corporate India.

We therefore at CMS have extended the service of job counseling, improving job interviewing skills and employ ability skills to the alumni who are registered with us. The visiting companies understand the importance of selecting our alumni for a particular position with few years of experience than recruit a unknown candidate from the market placement agencies.

We also maintain for our alumni a very comprehensive database of the companies which are looking for experienced professionals across several industries. An excellent collection of books,,magazines and supplementary material is available at CMS for alumni to search the relevant information for the opportunities worldwide.

 

We at CMS are also planning for the future to open the alumni association chapters zone wise across the country so that alumni living in a particular state or zone could independently organize the alumni activities. Need less to say, that one of the alumni has to take the responsibility to organize and coordinate such alumni activities independently. This activity is already being carried out by major institutions of the country.
